ACNConsulting respects the privacy of its users. You are not required to provide any personal data in order to use the ACNConsulting website as a guest.

ACNConsulting may process the personal data of its Clients, potential Clients and their Representatives, within the scope of the contractual relationship that may be established, or data collected as a result of any interaction, namely when the Data Subject contacts us by telephone or e-mail.

All statistical information relating to the use of the website is monitored in aggregate and anonymous format. The data used for this purpose does not contain any personal identification or private information details.

This information shall be used to analyse the website user patterns and to improve the levels of service and user satisfaction.

ACNConsulting may also keep data on potential clients for a maximum of 6 months, after which time, if no contact is made, the data shall be deleted.

ACNConsulting does not transfer data to third countries.

No data shall be processed for automated decision-making, including profiling.
